I have 100% respect towards bodybuilders for their dedication and hard work, amazing! Truth be told, I am not a bodybuilder as I explain in this short video. Fitness for me was simply, “Me vs. ME” & it kept me out of trouble. I’m very honored to have met so many great people over the years. Truly thankful.
