*Taken from: www.johnjquinlan.com Some of my family gifted MyHeritage 🎁 & after a while I finally gave in and did it. My brother accessed my results & some friends put it colorfully together. Here is my genealogy: Irish, Iberian & Italian. Not sure the 1% Balkan really means much, LOL! Thx MyHeritage U ROCK! Anybody else ever done this?

“Special thanks again to MyHeritage for confirming that Irish blood makes up the majority running through my veins.”

“Very cool, thank you, BUT, I’m not a bodybuilder. I NEVER CONSIDERED MYSELF ONE…EVER. I have friends who are, and I respect them very much. I did 3 contests back in 1998 for the now non-existent NABF when I was 23 years old. I was measured at 5’10” 188lbs. In the two October shows, I placed 3rd & 4th in the open light-heavyweight class and 1st place in both Junior classes (23 & under). I placed 2nd overall as a Junior at the Nationals in November. That was it. That was a special time in my life, as I met so many great people as a result. I was never a big guy by ANY means. My heart always was. I did my best to keep in shape simply for me and to keep myself out of trouble while enhancing my overall health & wellbeing. God Bless.”*
